Subsequently, the High Commissioner for Human Rights issued a request to all stakeholders to submit their inputs on the aforementioned right.<\/p>\n<p>The present report was drafted for this scope and was submitted in English to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on 4 April 2018.
