On September 23<\/strong>, Homo Digitalis<\/strong> submitted its views to the European Commission\u2019s Public Consultation<\/strong> as part of the report it is preparing on the assessment of the impact of Regulation (EU) 2022\/1925 on Digital Markets (Digital Markets Act \u2013 DMA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The real impact<\/strong> of the DMA depends on the Commission\u2019s determination to enforce it<\/strong>, honoring both the letter and the spirit<\/strong> of the regulation \u2014 namely, to create open and competitive digital markets<\/strong>, strengthen competition<\/strong>, and protect users\u2019 rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
